IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL
This workshop provides a deep grounding in the Enneagram as an extraordinarily effective and inspiring client resource. It will equip you to make well-informed, skillful use of the Enneagram in your professional work with clients. This workshop is designed for people who want to understand the Enneagram system at a deep level for “outer impact” in the world. By describing and experiencing the true nature of the types, instinctual drives, subtypes, and growth paths, you will gain confidence leveraging the Enneagram system professionally. Through learning about myths and misconceptions, key issues, and “what works” and what “doesn’t work” when working with the 9 types and 27 subtypes, this course will take your Enneagram knowledge and skill in working with the Enneagram to a much higher level.
GAIN CONFIDENCE
By developing an in-depth understanding of the Enneagram system as a whole, you will gain confidence in using it as a tool with your clients. By developing the skills needed to use the full system, you will develop deeper competency to work with individuals and groups.
BECOME PROFICIENT IN TYPE AND SUBTYPE
When we don’t understand the personality typology fully, a lot gets missed and falls through the cracks. This workshop will teach you how to develop proficiency in type and subtype by digging deeply into each one.
LEARN WHAT WORKS—AND WHAT DOESN’T
In group work with your peers, you will hear and discuss key insights on what works—and what doesn’t work—in bringing the Enneagram to work with clients for each of the nine types.
UNCOVER YOUR CLIENTS’ TRIGGERS
Go underneath the surface by understanding what you may be doing unconsciously that is triggering your clients and creating unnecessary friction or reactivity in your sessions.
UNDERSTAND CORE MOTIVATIONS
In order to create interventions that are more powerful and potent for clients, you will need to learn to design interventions and client programs that are more fully connected to individuals’ core motivations and deepest needs.
LEARN HOW TO OPTIMIZE TIME
Gain insights on how to spend your time with each type. What do they need to feel, know, or sense about you and the relationship you are forming? Create client practices that are more clearly fitted to what’s possible, achievable, and most impactful.

This event will be conducted via Zoom and will be partially recorded.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW AND WHAT’S INCLUDED
This event will include 5 days of an in-depth informative online course with a group of fellow Enneagram professionals.
In addition to the event itself, CP will provide access to a complimentary online course, The Enneagram Masterclass, to help students establish foundational learning.

Students will be required to participate in the full event. Out of respect to their fellow learners and due to participation and sharing, students must stay for the full duration of the course.
The course will not count toward certification if the student does not participation in full.
If students are unable to participate in the full event, we recommend that they wait for the next opportunity to join us.

The student may cancel their registration 60 or more days before the event date and will receive a refund of the total purchase price minus a 7.5% fee.
If the cancellation request is made between 59 and 0 days before the event, 50% of the event price is nonrefundable and the remaining 50% will be held as student credit, which can be applied towards future CP events and products.
