Our assessments are comprised of a fully adaptive questionnaire tailored to the client’s responses so that no two people take the same path through. It takes 30 minutes to complete and consists of value-neutral paired responses that ensure that it is suited to the corporate environment- it is far more difficult to respond according to an idealized image when there are two value-balanced options to choose from. We do not include self-incriminating questions that can be characteristic of other Enneagram tests; there is only one way for someone to respond to the question “How often do you get angry?”; if they are already being pulled up for anger-related issues at work. We recognize people get interrupted completing these questionnaires so answers are stored as they are completed and the client can return to the questionnaire at any point.

We believe that what can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. We ask the right questions and have the strongest algorithm to place clients at the most logical starting point based on the information they provide.

Originally called the EPQ, the CPS has been used in-house by Sullivan Business Psychologists for over fifteen years. Thousands of Senior Leaders have benefited from the insights contained within the EPQ/CPS. The CPS emerged as a natural response to demand from our associates who wanted a questionnaire they could use with their clients. Beatrice is a psychotherapist, coach, and business consultant based in San Francisco. She holds graduate degrees in communication and clinical psychology and is the author of the books, The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge, and The 9 Types of Leadership: Mastering the Art of People in the 21st century Workplace. She was president of the International Enneagram Association in 2006 and 2007. A student of the Enneagram for over 30 years, Beatrice is respected as a thought leader in the field of Enneagram studies. She is coauthor of The Enneagram Guide to Waking Up with business partner, Uranio Paes.

Uranio is internationally recognized as a leading Enneagram facilitator, coach, and organization development consultant. He has worked in corporate settings for over two decades and now specializes in doing transformational work with groups and individuals based on the Enneagram. A former President of the International Enneagram Association, for many years Uranio taught the Enneagram Worldwide Narrative Tradition Professional Training (EPTP) Program in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. He is coauthor of The Enneagram Guide to Waking Up with business partner, Beatrice Chestnut.
FERGUS SULLIVAN

With a first class Masters degree is Psychology, Fergus has specialized in the application of psychometric profiling in the field of Senior Executive Assessment, Coaching, and Development for over twenty years. Having first been introduced to the Enneagram by Karen Webb in the early 1990s he designed the original EPQ Enneagram Assessment in the early 2000s. This has allowed his career to evolve around the application of the Enneagram. Fergus’ experience has been built up within a broad range of PLC, FTSE, and privately owned clients across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Aviation, Defense, Engineering, and Food Manufacturing.
