REFUND Policy

 

The Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy primarily sells tickets to events, tuition to courses, and some accommodations for in-person events. Because the Refund Policy is customized for products and services, please refer to the sales page and invoice of the service or product that was purchased for the Refund Policy related to that purchase. Any refund policies outlined or linked to in the purchase page, cart, and invoice at the time of purchase should be regarded as final and override the guidelines in the event that they differ from the below. Policies may be changed without prior notice. 

Live In-person Events: 

For students who purchase an in-person event from CP Enneagram Academy, the student may cancel their registration 60 or more days before the event date and will receive a refund of the total price minus a 7.5% fee.  

If the cancellation request is made between 59 and 0 days before the event, 50% of the event price is nonrefundable and the remaining 50% will be held as student credit, which can be applied towards future CP events and products. 

Live Online Events: 

  1. Live online events when live attendance is REQUIRED and the event is fully recorded, partially recorded, or not recorded:  

The student may cancel their registration 60 or more days before the event date and will receive a refund of the total purchase price minus a 7.5% fee.  

If the cancellation request is made between 59 and 0 days before the event, 50% of the event price is nonrefundable and the remaining 50% will be held as student credit, which can be applied towards future CP events and products. 

2. Live online events when live attendance is NOT REQUIRED and the event is not recorded: 

The purchase is refundable if requested 60 or more days before the start of the course, minus a 7.5% processing fee.  

If a refund is requested 59 or less before the start of the event, you will have credit for the amount paid transferable to another CP product or course. 

3. Live online events when live attendance is NOT REQUIRED and are fully or partially recorded:  

All purchases are nonrefundable. 

Prerecorded Courses:

All purchases of prerecorded courses are nonrefundable. 

 

Program Registrations:

Program registrations and enrollment fees are nonrefundable, but students may withdraw from programs as outlined in their program policies.  

 

Online Platform and Content Memberships:

All memberships and subscriptions to online content are nonrefundable. Students may cancel their paid membership to the Online Platform anytime by signing into their account at learn.cpenneagram.com and clicking on ACCOUNT and selecting MANAGE. Under MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION, students can edit or cancel their subscription. 

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@cpenneagram.com. To process your refund, we require proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* Books or physical materials with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Processing Refunds 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If after 10 days of your refund being processed you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or those purchased with promotional or discount coupons cannot be refunded.

Please note that any of the above will be overridden by product-specific Terms and Conditions outlined or stated at the time of sale.
