Feel the healing comfort of hearing yourself through the stories of other Type Sixes in this intimate experience.
Type Sixes are invited to dive into an immersion toward self-awareness and self-knowledge. In an exclusive group of fellow Sixes, participants will be surrounded by other students who are on the same path and share similar struggles.
In this course, you will:
Share and hear stories of being a Type Six in intimate groups of other sixes of your same subtype.
Gain a sense of solidarity when meeting other people with the same subtype and instinctual sequence that goes deeper than having a lecture alone.
Learn and experience somatic exercises, meditations, and mudras that relate to self-development for Type Sixes
Participate in live demonstrations working on Type Six growth challenges
Discover common manifestations of the Passion of Fear and the growth path to the Virtue of Courage
Learn common manifestations of the Fixation of Cowardice and the growth path to the Holy Ideas of Holy Strength and Holy Faith
Learn actionable steps to take to deconstruct each Type Six subtype
Find new windows of opportunity for inner work as a Type Six
Apply arrow-line movements for growth as a Type Six
Receive useful daily exercises to use beyond the workshop to support and promote self-observation
Access digital materials for quiet reflection after the event
Growing can be challenging, hard work, and painful. But what is the upside?
You can learn the positive outcomes of growing as a Type Six that can encourage you to move beyond the limitations of your ego. In this unique experience, be surrounded by other Type Sixes in a safe and empathetic environment led by two Enneagram professionals.
Considerations
Students should have an understanding of the Enneagram as the CP Enneagram Academy has taught it. While the event will be immersive and deep, it is also brief, and we will start from a point of common knowledge.
For a refresh of our teachings, we recommend the following:
For an overview of the Enneagram, broadly:
To focus on the subtypes, more specifically:
What are the prerequisites?
Students must be certain that they are Enneagram Type Six. They should not be completely new to the Enneagram and familiar with the subtypes as taught by CP Enneagram Academy. They should be committed to inner work and feel ready for an immersive experience.
Is the event open to people of other types?
Because of the immersive nature of this event, it is not open to people who identify as another type. We recommend that those who have doubts about their type hold off to join a similar event at a future date. As a tool to help guide you to your Enneagram type, you can take out the Enneagram Compass test. However, please keep in mind that this is only a tool to help you discover your type. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with all 27 Enneagram subtypes to discover which description most resonates with you. You can also have a Typing Interview with one of our CP Certified Professionals.
