You have been waiting for
An inner work retreat after
the alchemical Enneagram
Here. it. is.
focusing on experiencing the work serious students of the system need to be doing to make progress on the path of transformation
In this course, you will:
ā Meditations - Using the spiritual power of meditation to put us in a deeper state for self-reflection and self-observation
ā Centers of Intelligence - exercises and somatic practices that help us achieve and maintain a greater sense of presence and awareness of the workings of the three lower centers of personality
ā Fixations - New exercises and teachings about how to identify all the ways our fixations operate and interrupt and shift them to allow for new patterns of thinking and creativity
ā Defense Mechanisms - Seeing and letting go of our defensive structure more and more
ā Shadows - Ongoing work on shadows: what are you now ready to see and own as blind spots and unconscious patterns and defenses that you werenāt ready to before now
ā Letting go - Working on identifying stubborn emotional patterns and unconscious habits that you are ready to let go of, and doing the work that needs to be done to release them
Why attend this event?
In this five-day retreat, we will provide a precious opportunity for people on an intentional path of Enneagram-based inner work to come together in community with others on the path and deepen their work on self by focusing on central tasks that are key to the continuing growth process mapped by the Enneagram.
This retreat expands beyond the five days
Our level of consciousness moves like a pendulum, in which we swing up and down on the levels of awareness (as described in the CP Levels of Awareness Model). We are always evolving or devolving.
And the power of the Enneagram comes from the way it offers both
very specific information about what the 9 personality type structures (and 27 subtypes) need to do to keep growing and evolving (the map)
a vertical map that helps us chart our progress on a path of inner work in terms of particular practices and personality aspects that we need to address to manifest more of our essential selves (our location on the map)
