format of each class:
The first 30 minutes of each class will include a short meditation, a grounding exercise to build embodied presence over time, and any follow-up content added by the other teacher from the previous class. The remaining time will focus on the main theme of the day and initial questions, with additional questions addressed later in the WhatsApp group. Each class will include guided practices and some interaction, with even more opportunities for connection and discussion happening in the WhatsApp group.

Ursula Skripkuna
Uranio Paes is a globally recognized Enneagram teacher and co-founder of CP Enneagram Academy, where he leads transformational retreats with Beatrice Chestnut that integrate energy healing and psycho-spiritual growth. With over 30 years as an organizational consultant and 20 years offering in-depth Enneagram programs, Uranio brings a rich background in personal development. A former President of the International Enneagram Association, he teaches worldwide, draws from three spiritual traditions, co-authored The Enneagram Guide to Waking Up, and co-hosts the Enneagram 2.0 podcast.
Ursula Skripkuna (Ushy) is a Soul & Consciousness Therapist, spiritual teacher, and founder of Almas que Tocam (“Souls that Touch”), a school devoted to spiritual evolution and healing. With over 40 years of experience in spirituality, consciousness, and energy work, she integrates multidimensional healing, vibrational frequency teachings, and soul wisdom into experiential practices that awaken intuition, presence, and the body’s innate healing intelligence. An intuitive and medium with advanced energy capacities, Ushy currently serves as President of the International Enneagram Association in Brazil.
