PROFESSIONAL SKILLS WORKSHOP

Developing Powerful Enneagram Skills

This workshop provides a deep grounding in the Enneagram as an extraordinarily effective and inspiring client resource. It will equip you to make well-informed, skillful use of the Enneagram in your professional work with clients. Through learning about myths and misconceptions, key issues, and “what works” and what “doesn’t work” when working with the 9 types and 27 subtypes, this course will take your Enneagram knowledge and skill in working with the Enneagram to a much higher level.

PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS WORKSHOP

Providing Effective Enneagram Solutions

In this workshop, Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes use a mix of interactive methodologies to teach participants key ways to integrate the Enneagram in doing effective work with clients. This workshop focuses on helping you develop greater facility with typing, assessment, and providing specific solutions to specific issues, so you can apply the Enneagram in your professional work for maximum, positive “outer impact” with your clients. 

INNER WORK RETREAT

The Experiential Enneagram OR The Psychological Enneagram

The curriculum for The Experiential Enneagram has to do with awakening and can be extremely spiritual by nature. For some students, this can be overwhelming depending on where they are psychologically. We like students to follow their intuition and listen to their needs at that time. The Experiential Enneagram focuses on removing blocks that have been holding you back. It is narrative-based and may involve releasing and identifying trauma or somatic work. By contrast, The Psychological Enneagram deals with the Levels of Awareness, meditation techniques, core emotions, and the need for psychological work.

SKILLS INTEGRATION: CLIENT REPORTS

Upon completing the Developing Powerful Enneagram Skills workshop, students will be assigned client reports to complete. This will help hone the skills they developed during the workshop and put their knowledge into practice.

SOLUTIONS INTEGRATION: CASE STUDIES

Upon completing the Providing Effective Enneagram Solutions workshop, students will have to complete 8-10 case study reports. They may work individually or in a small group. This will support them in honing their assessment factor knowledge.

INNER WORK INTEGRATION: REFLECTION

An integral part of the Academy’s work relies on the foundational belief that in order to help others, we need to work on ourselves. Students will kick off their inner work in the retreat setting and reflect on its meaning for their professional development.
