personal mastery program
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Chestnut Paes (CP) Personal Mastery program is designed to help seekers who are interested in personal growth work and self-development using the Enneagram as a tool for their psycho-spiritual development to shift their inner world and their experience of the world, consequently supporting the overall consciousness shift around the world.
We believe that personal development needs to go in two parallel lines: psychological development and spiritual practice. With the background and deep experience of CP teachers, we have developed a program that can help seekers work on their psychological growth and healing alongside doing spiritual work and practice. As we believe, this is the power of real Enneagram work as a psycho-spiritual growth tool.
I. SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM
The Academy will deliver a rigorous program that educates the Student about their personality patterns & use of the Enneagram for their personal psychological & spiritual growth by experiential application of the Enneagram system. This program does not certify that the Student has the necessary competency to coach, do therapy, or lead and influence people, in general, as the focus of this program is the application of the Enneagram system for Personal growth. The program does not replace psychotherapy, faith guidance, or medical advice, or anything outside of the described program scope. See IV. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STUDENTS for a complete scope of recommendations for students in the Personal Mastery Program in more detail.
II. SAFE SPACE
The CP Enneagram Academy commits to providing the Student with a safe space in which to develop the necessary skills to do their work effectively and ethically. In retreats, where psychospiritual, somatic, or energetic work is done, CP Enneagram Academy teachers agree to (a) provide a therapist in the room to support Students and (b) ask for consent prior to engaging any somatic or energetic work with the Student. Students are encouraged to articulate their boundaries either directly to the teachers or to the staff therapists supporting the group.
Peer Pathways:
The facilitator will be in the WhatsApp group for Peer Pathways, but will not contribute much to the group conversations. It serves as a supportive space to remain connected, stay motivated, and integrate the work into your daily life.
For privacy, Peer Pathways group sessions will not be recorded

Supervisors, Instructors, or Program Administrators will never share the Student’s name unless the Student provides prior and written permission.
IV. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STUDENTS
The Personal Mastery Program does not have a completion or graduation. We feel that inner work is a life-long journey to achieve greater self-awareness, higher psycho-spiritual levels, and a greater sense of presence.
We recommend all students in the Personal Mastery Program do specific acitivies, including the submission by the student and the approval by the mentor of all assignments on the CP Personal Mastery platform learn.cpeanngram.com, the completion of all integration periods, including the Personal Development Plan (PDP) and the Inner Growth Plan under the supervision of the mentor, and participating in three years of Peer Pathways. Most students complete these minimum recommendations in three years.
By acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Students understand that the Personal Mastery Program recommends the following activities:
a) Attendance and Full Participation
Full participation is defined by attendance for the full duration of the course, without exception.
First Retreat: The Psychological Enneagram (offered in-person and online. Availability, locations, and pricing can be found here).
Second Retreat: The Experiential Enneagram (offered in-person and online. Availability, locations, and pricing can be found here)
Third Retreat: The Alchemical Enneagram (offered in-person and online. Availability, locations, and pricing can be found here).
When in-person and online courses are offered, they are required to be fully attended live. This means that if students have meetings or other obligations that they cannot change, they are not permitted to take the course at that time.
b) Personal Growth Assignments on CP Platform:
Students will be assigned some online Enneagram materials and personal growth practices through their accounts on the CP platform. Students can discuss those materials and practices with their mentors during mentoring sessions.
c) Three Integration Periods (Three Sessions each) with your Mentor:
The main goal of the nine mentoring sessions during the integration periods is to support students enrolled in the Personal Mastery Program to integrate their learnings, create an intentional plan for their psychological and spiritual Enneagram-based development, and provide whatever help, advice, and resources the person might need to help them make progress on their path of growth.
During mentoring sessions, mentors will help students integrate the work done in retreats and develop and follow up on the Personal Development Plan (PDP) for their inner work and personal growth using the Enneagram.
After attending the Alchemical Enneagram retreat and having done at least six mentoring sessions, students might be assigned to a new mentor or keep working with the same mentor.
Students will be invited to join advanced retreats and advanced inner work groups to continue developing their personal growth.
Advanced retreats and inner work groups are not prerequisites to complete the Personal Mastery Program and will be optional for students who want to keep working on their inner work path.
d) Peer Pathways (Three Years):
The Peer Pathways is a foundational element of the CP Enneagram Personal Mastery Program. They are intensive, year-long group experiences designed for individuals who are motivated to apply the Enneagram to initiate profound inner change.
These small-group sessions are the next step after attending the Psychological Enneagram Inner Work Retreat, which now serves as the entry point into the full Personal Mastery journey. Students will meet for two hours monthly across ten sessions, with the first year focused on one of the Nine Keys of Enneagram Transformation developed by Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes.
Attendance at the TEN sessions is required. One absence is allowed, but if two sessions are missed, the student will be required to make up a session by scheduling a 60-minute, one-on-one meeting with the group facilitator for $150 per meeting.
