what’s the difference between the two memberships?

The only difference is the price and how often you are charged. Those who are ready to pay for an annual membership will be charged $199, which comes out to just $16.58 per month. Those who prefer to be charged once per month will pay $29 for each bill.

can I pay to attend a monthly webinar if I’m not a member?

Our monthly webinars are an exclusive benefit only to our CP Online members and are not available to purchase outside of the platform.

 

are online courses included in the membership?

All of our courses, whether live, self-guided, online, or in-person, are offered outside of our CP Online membership. While they are not included in the platform, our members typically receive a discount to purchase self-guided courses when they are released.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

When you sign up for your account, your membership will set as automatically renewed memberships, either each month or each year, depending on the plan you choose. You can either cancel your subscription directly online under your account or email us at online@cpenneagram.com to adjust your plan.

 

CAN I TEST THE PLATFORM BEFORE COMMITTING?

Yes! When you sign up for the monthly payment plan, you get to experience the platform for two days before you are charged. When you sign up for the annual payment plan, you get seven days to try it out before being charged. You can cancel anytime within those days and you won’t be charged at all.

what if I can’t attend a monthly webinar or q&A session?

No problem! We record all monthly webinars and sessions for CP Online members. If you aren’t able to join a webinar live, you can always catch it on CP Online within 48 hours from the live broadcast.
