Balance is a key element in the inner work process using the Enneagram. Balance of the instincts, access to your wings and arrows, and balance of centers of intelligence. However, there are very specific paths to develop the centers of intelligence that are not taught in the Enneagram world. It’s important to understand in a more sophisticated way how the centers operate using Gurdjieffian theory–and that, combined with our approaches for inner work exercises is what students will learn in this process.

Beatrice Chestnut, PhD is the author of one of the most authoritative resources on the Enneagram's instinctual subtypes, The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge.
Uranio Paes, MBA is internationally recognized as a leading Enneagram facilitator, coach, and organizational development consultant. Uranio has focused on instincts as a key part of the Enneagram in much of his work.
