A longterm pathway where people are continuously learning in a community

What are Peer pathways?

Starting in 2026, the Peer Pathways will become a foundational element of the CP Enneagram Personal Mastery Program. They are intensive, year-long group experiences designed for individuals who are motivated to apply the Enneagram to initiate profound inner change.

These small-group sessions are the next step after attending the Psychological Enneagram Inner Work Retreat, which now serves as the entry point into the full Personal Mastery journey. Students will meet for two hours monthly across ten sessions, each one focused on one of the Nine Keys of Enneagram Transformation developed by Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes.

Throughout the year, participants will:

  • Deepen their understanding of the key Enneagram principle for that session

  • Translate concepts into action using guided tools and support

  • Receive answers to personal questions and challenges

  • Visit ideas that can help refine their Personal Development Plan

  • Build a safe, committed space for ongoing growth and accountability

Private Group Chat for Ongoing Support

Stay connected and inspired between sessions in a dedicated WhatsApp group exclusive to your Inner Work Group cohort. This private space offers a continuous thread of encouragement, shared progress, and mutual accountability. It’s a supportive container where insights deepen, motivation stays alive, and the work becomes part of your everyday life.

The first session sets the tone—inviting students to check in, share their progress since the retreat, and clarify where they want to focus. In the rest of the sessions, together with a trained facilitator and a supportive group, each student will walk step-by-step through the work needed to move from insight to embodiment.

We ask students who begin the Personal Mastery Program to implement 80% of their personal inner-work plan within two years. These inner work groups are here to make that goal achievable, with structure, guidance, and community energy to hold you through the process.

Their ability to deeply connect and accept each one of us, no matter where we are on our journeys, was beautiful to both experience and witness. This is where to come to experience an awakening!

HOW DOES the program WORK?

The Personal Mastery Program is comprised of three retreats, an integration period after each course, and Peer Pathways. These key components are outlined below.

INNER WORK RETREATS:

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL ENNEAGRAM

In this retreat, students learn about the Levels of Awareness and work on transitioning to a higher state. They learn concrete tools to help them become more disciplined in their inner work. They also do psychological work, including the four core emotions, dynamics such as family structure, doing work at subtype, instinct, passion, fixation, and other levels.

THE EXPERIENTIAL ENNEAGRAM

In this narrative-based retreat, students recount a significant story in their lives. Based on this narrative, the teachers work with the student to develop an understanding of the Enneagram-based work that they can do to get to a higher state of consciousness. This retreat is highly immersive and is only recommended to students who have a support system and are ready to work on unconscious traumas and healing.

THE ALCHEMICAL ENNEAGRAM

In this one-of-a-kind final retreat of the Personal Mastery Program, students will have a highly spiritual experience that provides them with a glimpse of Level 4 Enneagram work. It requires a strong commitment to psychospiritual work and will use the group dynamic to reach higher levels of consciousness.

Updated Retreat Requirements – Starting in 2026

For the Personal Mastery Program and all retreat participants, the required order starting in 2026 is stated below:

  1. Psychological Enneagram

  2. Experiential Enneagram (Psychological is required first)

  3. Alchemical Enneagram (Experiential is required first)
If you completed the Experiential Retreat in 2025 or earlier (and haven’t taken Psychological yet), you will take the Psychological retreat next, before the Alchemical retreat.

INTEGRATION

After each retreat, students are required to complete an integration period with a mentor assigned by the CP Team. The first integration period begins after the student completes their first inner work retreat, The Psychological Enneagram. Each integration period is comprised of three sessions with the mentor.

PSYCHOLOGICAL INTEGRATION

Growing in community.

During this period, students will continue to work with their mentor and complete three additional mentoring sessions, picking up on the work they finished before The Psychological Enneagram. Together, they will reflect on the inner work that they completed and build on their Personal Development Plan. They will have the option to join a post-retreat support group that will meet until they attend the next retreat. Students will be introduced to one another based on the type of inner work they are each doing, curated by Bea and Uranio. Groups will receive guidelines to help organize the meetings to enable the continuation of learning and development after the retreat.

EXPERIENTIAL INTEGRATION

Getting on the path.

During this period, students will be introduced to their mentor, a staff therapist who will be there to guide them on their journey. Sessions with mentors will be tailored to the student’s particular trajectory. This includes providing students with reading materials and assignments, focusing their inner inquiry on the stage of Enneagram-related inner work that they need, and gently nudging them to the work that needs to happen before the next phase. Their mentor can also help them determine when they are ready for the next CP retreat. Students will meet with their mentors at least three times between retreats and will sign up for the CP Online membership to access supporting materials.

ALCHEMICAL INTEGRATION

Sustaining awareness.

After they have completed Inner Work Retreat: The Alchemical Enneagram, students will continue on their inner work journey with the support of their mentors. They will have time to discuss what they have learned during the retreat and how they want to carry on their personal development. We will send invitations to students to participate in advanced inner work retreats where they can continue their growth journey long after their personal mastery track work has finished. In addition, students will have the opportunity to continue fostering relationships with other students in an online community.

monthly meditations

While in the program, students will be invited to participate in rich, group meditation sessions. Each month, students will be guided for an hour online by the Head Mentor. The format of the live sessions consists of an intro with conscious breathing, meditation techniques that will help connect to our deeper sense of being and higher states, and a brief time for reflections.

  • The requirements to join Peer Pathways is registering for the Personal Mastery Program and attending the Psychological Enneagram Inner Work Retreat.

  • Peer Pathways students will meet with the group and the facilitator for TEN 2-hour sessions throughout the year, meeting about once per month, with two months off. The dates and times will be decided by the facilitator.

  • After the first year, each student in the group will have the choice to register for a second year of inner work. All students will pay for each subsequent year they choose to participate in Peer Pathways. Although highly encouraged, a student doesn’t need to attend the Experiential Enneagram Inner Work Retreat to continue to the second year.

  • Students will join a private WhatsApp group to connect with other students throughout the year. The facilitator will be in the group, but will not contribute much to the group conversations. It serves as a supportive space to remain connected, stay motivated, and integrate the work into your daily life.

  • Attendance at the TEN sessions is required. One absence is allowed, but if two sessions are missed, the student will be required to make up a session by scheduling a 60-minute, one-on-one meeting with the group facilitator for $150 per meeting.

  • While we will attempt to include students who attended the same retreat in each group, we cannot make promises, and groups may have Peer Pathways students from other retreats.

  • All dates and times will be decided by the facilitator.

  • For privacy, Peer Pathways group sessions will not be recorded

HOW DO I OFFICIALLY SIGN UP?

Sign up directly on this page! Click on any of the sign up buttons on the page and you will be prompted to pay your registration fee and accept the terms of the program. Once you pay, accept the terms, you will gain access to our program on our platform that will guide you through the process. After you attend your first retreat, The Psychological Enneagram, a CP staff member will introduce you to your mentor and invite you to join Peer Pathways.

is there a deadline to complete the program?

Typically students complete the program over the course of two years or so, but we are flexible to work with the student based on their needs. We want to make sure that students keep moving forward in their work, but we also respect that individuals come from different stories and backgrounds and some may need more time to process trauma and work on certain aspects of themselves than others.

HOW DOES THE ACADEMY PICK MY MENTOR?

Mentors will be assigned to you based on the work they did with you during your first retreat. This, coupled with their deep knowledge of our staff therapists’ methodologies and mentorship styles, will support them in creating a good match for your inner work journey. If students are unhappy with their mentor at any time, they can reach out to our team to get reassigned.

WHEN SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR THE PROGRAM?

Students can join the program before or right after their first retreat. This allows them to particpate in Peer Pathways to keep their momentum from the event. Students will be invited to join the program after the retreat.

WHAT ARE THE TOTAL PROGRAM COSTS?

The costs of the program are as follows:

  • Registration fee ($550)

  • Three retreats (retreats are usually $2,500-$3,500, not including travel or accommodations)

  • Nine total integration period sessions with your mentor (about $150 per session)

  • An annual membership to CP Online ($249 per year)

HOW DO I STAY IN TOUCH WITH FELLOW STUDENTS?

Due to our international student base, students can communicate with students in the Personal Mastery Program, their retreats, and to all CP students on our platform that hosts our community groups. You will be automatically added upon registration. Or you can sign up to use our platform for free here.

We also share the participant email list after the courses. We have found that once in a retreat together, students tend to build community both through our formal channels and outside of them.
